Mr. Hu Zhen graduated from the Faculty of Law at China University of Political Science and Law in 1994, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of International Business and Economics. He obtained his legal qualification in 1994 and currently serves as the Executive Director of Beijing TianchiJuntai (Haikou) Law Firm.

Mr. Hu serves in numerous professional roles, including as：

• the Director of the Arbitration and Lawyer Mediation Professional Committee of the Hainan Provincial Lawyers Association

In his extensive legal practice over the years, Mr. Hu has been repeatedly recognized by the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice with titles such as "Integrity Lawyer" and "Best Integrity Lawyer." He has received individual commendations for specific contributions, including second-class and third-class awards from the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice. He has also been awarded the title of "Outstanding Arbitrator" several times by the Hainan Arbitration Commission. Mr. Hu was selected by the Hainan Provincial Lawyers Association as one of the province’s first "Professional Lawyers in Finance, Securities, and Insurance" and "Professional Lawyers in Construction and Real Estate." In 2021, he was named "Outstanding Individual in the Provincial Judicial Administrative System" by the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice.

Mr. Hu boasts extensive case-handling experience and exceptional coordination skills. He is well-versed in the legal regulations and related systems governing modern corporate structures and state-owned asset supervision and management. Over his 27-year legal career, he has provided long-term legal counsel for numerous government bodies and institutions, including the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice, the Haikou State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Haikou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Haikou Property Rights Registration and Transaction Centre, and the Sanya Jiyang District Justice Bureau.

Additionally, he has served as a legal advisor for several government agencies, middle-to-large financial institutions, and real estate companies, such as the Haikou branches of China Everbright Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Hainan Zhonghang Special Glass Material Co., Ltd., the Hainan real estate project series companies of Tianjin TEDA Group, Haikou Xinbu Island Development Corporation, the Hainan project company of Tianjin Construction Group, the Hainan project company of Tianjin Global Magnetic Card Co., Ltd., and the Sanya Jiyang District Justice Bureau.
